What's Included with Doula Care?

This $50 consultation is my single most important service for helping you to be ready for childbirth and the months that follow. I include it for free in most of my packages.

Meet during pregnancy to discuss your goals, needs, and preferences for the purpose of creating a personalized plan for your postpartum experience. In essence, we’ll set a priority list around things that matter to you so that we have a guide for how I help you get things accomplished once you are (a little) frazzled.
